Here is my case mod of my MAKE: Daisy.  The free (as in speech, not as in beer) MP3 player.  I bought a nice plastic case that I thought would fit it perfectly, but when I got it home, that was not the case.  A little work with the dremel fixed this perfectly though.  I am using a rechargeable battery out of a cordless telephone, it must be recharged by putting the battery in the phone and sitting the phone on its dock.  Buttons are hooked up for volume and track selection.
